Flatiron with room service?

The NY Daily News is reporting that a Rome-based investor has bought the famous Flatiron Building (one of my favorite's) and is turning it into a hotel!

Love it. Looking out onto Madison Square Park below after all these years of looking up from Madison Square Park would be so cool.
